This is a draft while Zenkai is in development. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Please read this before you use Zenkai. Zenkai is software that helps you use earning products and trade on the Solana blockchain. Putting money into crypto carries real risk, and you can lose some or all of it.
What Zenkai isn't
- Zenkai isn't a bank, broker or investment adviser.
- Nothing in Zenkai is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Decide for yourself, or ask a professional.
- Your money isn't insured by any government scheme, such as the FDIC or SIPC.
You hold your money
Your money stays in a wallet only you control. Zenkai can't move it, freeze it or get it back for you. Blockchain transactions are final, and if you lose access to your wallet, we can't restore it.
Rates change
- Capsule rates are variable. They come from third-party protocols, change all the time, and can fall to zero. Past rates don't tell you what future rates will be.
- Every rate in Zenkai is shown after Zenkai's 10% fee on what capsules earn.
- Power levels, projections and "where your money could be" figures are estimates at today's rates. They're illustrations, not promises.
Risks
- Prices move. SOL, bitcoin and stocks can lose value quickly. Earning on them doesn't protect against price drops.
- Smart contracts can fail. Capsules use protocols such as Kamino and Jupiter. Bugs, hacks or failures in them can cause losses.
- Stablecoins can lose their peg. USDC and similar tokens aim to stay at $1, but may not.
- Staked SOL tokens can trade below the value of the SOL behind them, especially when markets are stressed.
- Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties and track a company's shares. They don't give you shareholder rights, their price can differ from the real share, and they aren't available to US persons.
- Networks and services go down. Solana or the services Zenkai uses can be slow or unavailable, and you may not be able to trade or take money out when you want.
- Rules change. Laws about crypto vary by country and can change, which may affect what Zenkai can offer you.
Third parties
Zenkai connects you to services it doesn't control, including Kamino, Jupiter, Privy, Coinbase and the issuers of tokenized stocks. Their terms and fees apply, and we aren't responsible for how they perform.
Where Zenkai is available
Zenkai isn't offered where it's against the law. You're responsible for following the laws where you live, and for any taxes you owe.
In development
Zenkai is a proof of concept. Parts of it use a sample portfolio with made-up amounts, and it may have bugs. Zenkai is provided as is, without warranties, and full terms of service will be published before launch.
