Privacy policy

Last updated October 19, 2026

This is a draft while Zenkai is in development. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

This policy explains what Zenkai (“we”) collects when you use the Zenkai app and website, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: Zenkai never holds your money or your keys, we collect as little as we can, and we don't sell personal data.

What we collect

What we don't collect

Cookies and storage on your device

Who we share data with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

The blockchain is public

Transactions on Solana are public and permanent. Anyone can see a wallet's balances and history, and neither we nor anyone else can delete them.

How long we keep it

We keep account and rewards data while you use Zenkai, and waitlist emails until launch or until you ask us to remove them. When you ask us to delete your data, we do, except what we must keep for legal reasons or to prevent fraud.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too, such as under the GDPR or California law. Write to us at the contact address listed here before launch and we'll reply within 30 days.

Age

Zenkai is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
